SRS Real Estate Partners is a company built upon a strong foundation with a lasting legacy of ethics, integrity and conducting business with a reputation which precedes us. We were founded by Roger Staubach and Chris Maguire in 1986 as Staubach Retail Services. In January 2009 we evolved into SRS Real Estate Partners. Today the roots of our company and our leadership are stronger than ever, growing more firmly entrenched in the company culture than before.

Proudly we are the largest national retail real estate company in the country. Despite that, we recognize that to have your business, we have to earn it. We will be your first choice, by putting you first.

Our long-standing alliance with Cypress Equities also provides critical insight and a valuable relationship with developers. Our alliance with the shopping center acquisition group Arrow Retail gives our clients additional options for disposing of real estate.

David H. Wirth, Philadelphia
Senior Vice President

David has been with SRS Real Estate Partners since April 1996 and is responsible for managing the retail team in the Philadelphia office. The office covers the Mid-Atlantic region from Virginia to Central New Jersey. During his career, David has completed transactions in every major market in the region including the District of Columbia. His vast market knowledge of the territory is invaluable to his clients. During his career, David has worked on behalf of landlords, retailers and has also been involved with various disposition projects. He has or is currently working with Barnes & Noble, AutoNation, Target, Haynes Furniture, Lowe's, Shoe Carnival, K-Mart, Nobel Learning Center, Hollywood Theaters, Viriginia College and Cort Furniture, to name a few. His disposition background includes CVS/pharmacy, Sears, Staples and Stop & Shop.
