General Description
The Investment Services professional will direct the marketing and sales of commercial properties through public and private placements.
Principal Responsibilities
- Originate, direct the marketing of, negotiate and close commercial real estate sale assignments, and/or equity joint ventures
- Develop and maintain long-term industry relationships with private and institutional owners, investors, and service providers to promote new business development
- Work closely within the local markets, engaging sellers, and purchasers of commercial real estate
- Assist in the growth and development of the SRS platform
Requirements
- College degree
- 7+ years experience as a salesman/broker in commercial real estate
- Real Estate license
- Leadership skills, academic excellence and strong commitment to team
- Knowledge of financial markets and sales management
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Self-starter; ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to prepare accurate and appropriate documentation
