What We Do
- The real estate administration services team currently manages more than 14,500 properties with portfolios ranging in size from 7 to 4,400 properties totaling more than $2.14 billion in annual rent roll.
- We manage the payables function on leased and owned properties for numerous clients, approving and processing more than $1.35 billion per year in rents and operating expenses.
- We serve more than 50 clients from industries including retail, health care, media and broadcasting, telecommunications, professional services, software engineering, oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial, education and government.
Typical Results
- Occupancy cost savings - We save our clients anywhere from 1% to 2% of total annual occupancy costs which equates to an average of $1.49 in savings for every $1.00 paid to us in fees. The savings for retailers is often higher and exceeds a 2:1 ratio.
- More flexibility and time – We free up our clients' time from managing overhead and minutiae; from recruiting, hiring and training personnel; and we provide maximum flexibility to scale up or down as demand dictates.
- Risk mitigation and transfer - We deliver virtually defect-free quality on abstracting and critical date management thereby reducing our clients' exposure. We are an insurance policy by assuming a level of financial accountability for errors in every contract we enter.
