SRS Real Estate Partners’ Lease Administration uses a number of different systems to manage and maintain owned and leased property information for our clients. We currently use:

• Harbor Flex
• SLIM
• DataNet

There isn’t a single database solution which fits all clients’ needs. We license Harbor Flex as our default lease administration application and use it if a client does not already have an effective application. Harbor Flex has a host of rich standard features and provides functionality beyond most other portfolio management systems. This includes:

• Online document management
• Electronic data exchange
• Unlimited custom data fields with user-selected data types
• Ad hoc reporting using a built-in query tool
• Convenient data export for offline reporting and analysis
• Multiple user-configured security levels and roles

Harbor Flex contains more than 50 standard reports many of which focus on critical action dates. Reports can be generated for the entire portfolio or pulled specifically by groupings such as region, state, division or any other classification. All standard reports can be generated from Harbor Flex by anyone with access rights to a client’s portfolio.

Lease Harbor

Lease Harbor provides software services to SRS Real Estate Partners’ Lease Administration. This system provides a robust web-based lease and real property portfolio administration system, with all of the features found in traditional applications.
