Our asset management team has extensive experience in retail, office, and residential and operates at the strategic level to develop a systematic approach to minimize risk and maximize performance of the asset.

We provide direct oversight to each property in the portfolio and maintain constant communication with local or on-site staff; indentify, secure, and direct property management and leasing teams that are best suited for the asset; formulate strategic plans and operating budgets; define and implement owners’ cash management strategies for surpluses and deficits; provide monthly financial reviews to ensure accurate reporting and compliance; and capitalize on real estate tax and insurance savings.
