Patrick A. Smith joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 1998 and is a Principal in the company’s Northeast Region. He has a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to users and owners of retail real estate. Patrick provides senior-level real estate advice to some of SRS Real Estate Partners’ major retail accounts in the Northeast including Whole Foods, Walgreen Co., Dick’s Sporting Goods and Dave & Busters. Patrick also heads SRS Real Estate Partners’ NYC Metro shopping center leasing team and is currently advising developers of more than one million square feet of new retail projects.
