SRS Real Estate Partners and Cypress Equities have assembled a veteran finance team which currently manages over $2 Billion in projects and over $250 Million of equity. Our lending relationships range from small local / regional banks to large institutional lenders.

We have established a strong track record with construction, bridge, permanent and mezzanine lenders. Cypress currently has a $450 Million equity relationship with The Carlyle Group for the development of retail and mixed-use projects. In addition, we have completed successful transactions with high net worth individuals, family offices, hedge funds and large institutional investors.
