While working in conjunction with the asset management team, our property management team oversees the day-to-day property operations including rent collection, tenant correspondence/inquiries, site inspections, property maintenance, vendor bidding and selection, service contract negotiation, budget preparation, lease abstracting, rent escalations and annual reconciliations, preparation of monthly financials, and variance reports.
