Our tenant coordination team works closely with the asset and property management groups to coordinate all aspects of tenant operations from lease execution to store openings.

We manage the tenant improvement process through lease negotiations, budgeting, plan review and design, infrastructure, municipal approval, sub-contractor management and construction. In addition, our team acts as the liaison between the tenant representative, construction personnel and Landlord to ensure that projects are completed according to defined timelines and budget parameters.

Steve Dawkins, Dallas/Ft. Worth
EVP & Head Coach

Steve joined SRS Real Estate Partners in May 2002. He leads all strategy and growth activity for SRS including marketing, firm-wide business development, research and strategic alliances. Additionally, Steve oversees the company's highly successful Corporate Services business, focused on managing all aspects of clients' real estate portfolios. He serves on the company's Executive Team, Leadership Council and is an advisor to the Board of Members.
