Warner Robins, Ga. — SRS Real Estate Partners and Lincoln Property Co. have arranged the $22.95 million sale of City Crossing, a 298,933-square-foot power center located in Warner Robins.
Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS, and Tony Bartlett and Chip Sipple of Lincoln Property Co. represented the seller, Wells Fargo, in the transaction. The undisclosed buyer was self-represented. City Crossing is home to tenants including Home Depot, Ross Dress for Less, HomeGoods, Old Navy, Michaels, Books-A-Million and Shoe Carnival.
