With the October opening of Avalon, a much-anticipated 1 million-square-foot development that will offer upscale retail opportunities including several chef-driven restaurants, along with a number of new retail establishments in the area’s city centers, North Fulton is becoming a mecca for shopaholics.
Ray Uttenhove, executive vice president at SRS Real Estate Partners-Southeast LLC, said the North Fulton retail market is strong and a number of new offerings are making it even stronger.
