NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. — SRS Real Estate Partners has launched SRS National Net Lease Group. Led by Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther, the newly created platform will offer advisory services for investors of single-tenant and net-lease retail properties nationwide.
In these roles, Mousavi and Luther will lead a collaborative net-lease platform with SRS’s investment sales professional across the United States, while managing all marketing and transactions from the Newport Beach office.
Additionally, Mousavi and Luther will lead investment sales of all other retail property types in the Southern California market, including multi-tenant and portfolio sales.
