We asked leaders at North Texas firms to tell us which brokers generated the most revenue for their companies in 2014. The number of names they were allowed to submit was based on their total number of DFW brokers. This year, executives at 70 firms employing 1,525 brokers participated. Of the 351 professionals who made the 2015 list, 65 specialize in commercial property sales, four in data center real estate, 23 in industrial project leasing, 39 in industrial tenant representation, 57 in office project leasing, 107 in office tenant representation, and 56 in retail real estate. They’re presented in alphabetical order, by area of specialty.
