SEASONED LANDLORD REPRESENTATIVE JOINS SRS REAL ESTATE PARTNERS

(Sunrise, Florida) February 1, 2010 - SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Samreny, vice president, to our South Florida team. Jason specializes in landlord representation and disposition services for clients across South Florida. Since 2004, Mr. Samreny has acted as principal for Gulfstream Development Group, and was vice president for Forum Development Group. Prior to that Jason worked in various capacities for Thomas Enterprises, The Gilmcher Group, National Development Group, and was also previously with Staubach Retail Services as a vice president in the Boca Raton office from 2001 through 2004. He has participated in the leasing and development of close to 25 million square feet of mixed-use developments and luxury, lifestyle, and power centers.

While principal for Gulfstream Development Group, Jason identified prime opportunities to acquire properties, and oversaw design, construction and property management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon.
