An investor has bought a vacant store near Southwest Center Mall and plans to convert it into a shopping center.
SRS Real Estate Partners said Friday that it has sold the former Target store at 4343 Gannon Lane near Interstate 20 in Dallas to Lys Holdings LLC of Irving.
A Jenny Beauty Supply store will lease part of the 98,496-square-foot building, and the rest will be offered to other tenants.
Mark Reeder and Ryan Johnson of SRS Real Estate Partners brokered the sale by Target with Steve Gray of the Weitzman Group and Sergio Rodriguez of Texas Premier Real Estate.
