Los Vaqueros has leased 3,500 square feet of retail space at the southeast corner of West Berry Street and Cockrell Avenue in Fort Worth.

Frank N. Bullock and Brad Gibbs with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Cisneros Restaurants Inc., in negotiations with the landlord, Tug Hill Real Estate Partners LP.

This space, a former Old Rips restaurant, is located east of South University Drive, next to Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and Toppers Pizza. Other neighboring retailers include Kroger, Barnes & Noble, and CVS pharmacy. It will be the second location for Los Vaqueros in Fort Worth and is slated to open in early July 2012.
