Thousands of iPad owners attended ICSC RECon this year. There is no going back, research intelligence is “on the go” and SRS Research is leading the way with TAS Mobile Demographics along with high resolution digital aerials and GIS maps.

Data Accuracy
Accurate data is crucial in order to “Outsmart the Competition”. Michael Startin, at SRS' Research Live desk showcased our PopStats demographic data powered by Trade Area Systems which consists of more than 1,800 demographic variables and 600 spending habits through GIS mapping examples.

What product will be the next big breakthrough in retail research technology? Multiple new research innovations were discovered at RECon including 3D Site Renderings. SRS Research Live showcased our new Forecast Mapping which currently includes expected property values and ethnic dominance. Some examples of Forecast Mapping include:

Expected Value Index - Location is everything, especially when it comes to the expected value of a property. The Expected Value Index displays a visual representation of high and low trending property values over a given area.

Ethnic Dominance Index - Regional and local cultures are changing at a rapid rate in today’s society. The Ethnic Dominance Index allows us to view the current ethnic composition of a region, which showcases trending areas for each given ethnicity.
