Ed Beeh

Ed Beeh is Executive Vice President and Managing Principal of SRS Real Estate Partners’ Phoenix office, where he oversees marketing strategy, project analysis, lease negotiations, and daily operations. With over 30 years of retail real estate experience, Ed specializes in tenant and landlord representation and property disposition throughout Arizona.

He has led leasing, sales, and tenant selection for numerous retail project. He has also represented national and regional tenants in sectors including grocery, pharmacy, dining, and financial services. His strategic approach and negotiation expertise have earned him recognition as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Ed holds a BBA in finance from Iowa State University.
