Chris Maguire

Chris is Chief Executive Officer of SRS Real Estate Partners, one of the nation’s largest retail real estate firms. In 1986, Chris alongside Roger Staubach founded SRS Real Estate Partners. He is responsible for growing SRS Real Estate Partners into one of the leading retail real estate services providers in the U.S. with over 250 retail specialists and offices in most major markets. Chris is a shareholder and also Chairman of the Board of Directors for SRS Real Estate Partners.

In addition to serving as CEO for SRS Real Estate Partners, Chris is also CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cypress Equities, an affiliated company. In 1995, Chris founded Cypress Equities and has overseen its growth over the past 14 years. Today, Cypress Equities operates five regional offices in the U.S.
