Prior to joining SRS Real Estate Partners, Mike started Polachek Realty Advisors in 1991, which in 2003 merged with principals of RED Development to form RED Realty Advisors. He brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and was one of the first in the retail industry to specialize in tenant representation.

- Graduate of Arizona State University

Previously, Mike served as the State Director for Arizona and New Mexico for the International Council of Shopping Centers.
