Frank joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2009 after merging his firm Revere Commercial Realty with SRS Real Estate Partners for the purpose of blending an exceptional national platform and expansive tenant relationships with the local, entrepreneurial, personal service exhibited by his former company. He brings his passion for aggressively and successfully representing his clients while simultaneously respecting the counter-part in the transaction, thus gaining a professional respect in the D/FW marketplace.
Frank has concentrated on representing entrepreneurial, local tenants/buyers and landlords/sellers with a corporate professionalism in retail, restaurant, office, medical office and multi-family market segments. Frank will be executing the SRS Real Estate Partners vision in DFW while strengthening our existing professionals and augmenting our team for future market growth and dominance.
His emphasis on building a "new generation" of similar younger real estate professionals is paramount to him joining SRS Real Estate Partners. The blending of his passion, zeal, experience and high energy benefits his clients and the company.

Experience
Frank is an industry leader in the DFW market and has been for 27 years. He began as an office tenant representation specialist. In 1988, after successfully completing the consolidation of the corporate headquarters relocation for Black Eyed Pea and Taco Bueno Restaurants into one facility in Preston Center, he won the national exclusive to represent these concepts as they rolled out their changes around the country. After 12 years and the sale of the company, Frank continued representing restaurants, banks, and local businesses while expanding the business into representing sellers and landlords. Whether it is a 200-unit restaurant chain, a family owned automotive business of 30 stores, an 88-acre mixed-use development, a 200,000 SF medical office building complex, he represents his clients with a pleasingly persistent professionalism where both clients and counterparts enjoy the experience.

Community/Personal Information
Frank is a licensed Texas real estate broker and member of ICSC. He is a Ruling Elder at Park Cities Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Dallas, where he and his wife have been intensely involved in Christian Education for both elementary and high school level children. His twenty plus years of teaching have uniquely put him in relationships with hundreds of young outstanding individuals, many of whom are presently in the real estate field or soon will be. Frank’s passion for encouraging and developing young people is an asset now and in the future.
