Don possesses a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to retailers. He is a well-respected retail real estate professional who specializes in tenant representation and development advisory services.

Don understands strategic, multi-market expansion planning and implementation, resulting in high-volume, profitable stores. He has extensive knowledge of retail development, build-to-suit development, and has designed and executed expansion programs for a variety of retailers. As a market leader and master broker in the U.S., Don’s extensive scope of knowledge for broker management, strategic planning, multi-service account coordination and transaction execution culminates into a winning client strategy.

Although new to Hong Kong, Don already has visited 15 cities in Asia and plans to continue a speedy Asian immersion strategy.
