Patrick A. Smith joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 1998 and is a Principal in the company’s Northeast Region. He has a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to users and owners of retail real estate. Patrick provides senior-level real estate advice to some of SRS Real Estate Partners’ major retail accounts in the Northeast including Whole Foods, Walgreen Co., Dick’s Sporting Goods and Dave & Busters. Patrick also heads SRS Real Estate Partners’ NYC Metro shopping center leasing team and is currently advising developers of more than one million square feet of new retail projects.

Patrick’s career in the real estate industry has provided him the opportunity to extend his talents into multiple facets of the business, giving him an extensive scope of knowledge of leasing and acquisition, property management, development and construction. He has been the lead Broker in multiple high-profile urban leasing assignments. Patrick has also been involved in numerous large scale retail leasing transactions on behalf of his clients in the Metro New York region and throughout the Northeast.

Patrick is a multi-state broker for SRS Real Estate Partners and serves on its Board of Directors. He also serves on the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Stores Committee, acts as the Retail Consultant to the Grand Central Partnership and Vice Chairman of the planning committee to the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) annual New York Convention.
