As Executive Vice President of SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) and Market Leader for Southern California, Scott represents several regional and national retail tenants in all aspects of site selection, strategic planning, and retail development.

Scott Riddles has over 26 years of professional experience.
Experience
Scott's 25 years of retail experience includes all aspects of site selection, strategic planning, and retail development for several of the nation's leading retailers. Scott joined The Staubach Company in 1986, and was one of the founding members of the retail services division for the company. In 1988 Scott established and directed the division's West Coast operations in Irvine, California.
From 1996 to 2001, Scott ran the day to day operations for SRS Real Estate Partners nationally, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Currently, Scott directs SRS's efforts in Southern California. Scott serves as President of the company's Leadership Council and is a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Currently, Scott serves on the 1st Marines/1st Battalion Newport Beach Adoption Committee.
