We offer a full continuum of services, including managing payables on leased and owned properties for numerous clients and approving and processing more than $1.35 billion per year in rents and operating expenses. We serve more than 50 clients from industries including retail, health care, media and broadcasting, telecommunications, professional services, software, engineering, oil and gas, manufacturing, industrial, education and government for whom we administer office, retail, industrial and other property types.
The benefits of our lease administration services really add up – saving our clients 1% to 2% of total annual occupancy costs. That equates to an average of $1.49 in savings for every $1.00 paid to us in fees. Plus, we help clients with managing overhead, recruiting, hiring and training personnel so they can concentrate on running their business. And we're flexible enough to scale up or down as demand dictates. We reduce our client's exposure by delivering virtually defect-free quality on abstracting and critical data management and offer the insurance of assuming a level of financial accountability for errors in every contract we enter.
