Patrick A. Smith joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 1998 and is a Principal in the company’s Northeast Region. He has a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to users and owners of retail real estate. Patrick provides senior-level real estate advice to some of SRS Real Estate Partners’ major retail accounts in the Northeast including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Target, Whole Foods Market, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Dave & Busters, Party City, Office Depot and 24 Hour Fitness. Patrick also heads SRS Real Estate Partners’ NYC Metro shopping center leasing team and is currently advising developers of more than one million square feet of new and exciting retail projects.
