Knoxville, Tenn. — SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of Windsor Square, a 299,329-square-foot community center located in Knoxville.
Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS’ Atlanta office represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Big Lots, Burlington Coat Factory and Old Time Pottery anchor the center.
