Josh Burmeister is the Market Leader for SRS Real Estate Partners' office in Mobile, Alabama. Burmeister provides new and existing clients in Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle with a full range of retail real estate services, including tenant representation, strategic consulting, investment sales, and development and capital solutions. Burmeister is also a member of the SRS Real Estate Partners Leadership Council. Current assignments include the leasing of the Mobile Festival Centre (535,000 sf), The Grove in Hoover, AL (600,000 sf – SuperTarget and Kohl's Anchored), Prattville Towne Centre (Target and Home Depot anchored - 430,000 sf), The Exchange at HomePlace(300,000 sf) in Prattville, AL, McGregor Square in Mobile, AL (167,000 sf), Wal-Mart surplus properties in AL & MS, and Spanish Fort Town Center. The 830,000 square foot Spanish Fort Town Center is anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Kohl’s, JCPenney and Books A Million and is a development of Cypress Equities, an affiliate of SRS Real Estate Partners.
